Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Massive Supply. If you need to return an item, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Returns

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition with all included hardware and components.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Massive Supply does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or are missing included components are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution additional time to process the refund.

Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for confirming product fitment before ordering. Return shipping for products ordered incorrectly is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or an incorrect item was sent, contact Massive Supply as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Lifetime Replacement Warranty

Massive Supply products are backed by our Lifetime Replacement Warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and are subject to the terms of our Lifetime Replacement Warranty.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact Massive Supply through the contact information listed on our website. Returns sent without contacting us first may delay processing.

Products returned to Massive Supply without meeting the requirements above may be refused or returned to the customer.
