Lifetime Warranty

At Massive Supply, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture.

All Massive Supply products are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it, at our discretion, for as long as you own the product.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by crashes, accidents, or impacts.

Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions.

Product modifications or alterations.

Abuse, misuse, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, or fading.

Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, or other environmental conditions beyond normal use.

Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

Camera & Accessory Disclaimer

Massive Supply products are designed to securely mount compatible accessories when installed correctly.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring all mounting hardware is properly installed, tightened, and inspected before each ride. Do not overtighten equipment for risk of stripping out threads.

Massive Supply is not responsible for the loss of or damage to cameras, phones, GPS units, cup holders, or any other mounted accessories or personal property resulting from:

Improper installation

Failure to properly tighten mounting hardware

Failure to inspect hardware before riding

Product modification

Misuse or abuse

Accidents or crashes

Road hazards or excessive vibration

Use outside the product's intended purpose

All mounted equipment is used at the owner's sole risk.

By installing and using this product, the customer acknowledges responsibility for verifying the security of all mounting hardware before every ride.
